Nice and luxurious apartment

Very nice and luxurious apartment, with two large bedrooms and a bathroom and kitchen with all the equipment you can possibly need. With RER-C you can reach all the Paris attractions easily with public transport.

We didn't like the street the apartment was in. Every evening there were guys hanging around on the streetcorners near the bar, some dealing drugs. Maybe this is normal in big cities, but we didn't enjoy passing them with our kids.

Well decorated apartment-quiet and comfortable- far from Paris center.

The house was renovated and decorated well. The host was very responsive and helpful. Cosy place and quiet area. Rooms were big enough and comfortable beds.

The host helped us to check-in earlier (thanks for that), but the standard check in time is late. It takes around 45min to reach to the Paris center (including the walk and train times). And the train going will stop working around 11 pm. So if you want to enjoy Paris nights, you need to get a taxi the way back.(or very long route of night buses).

J'ai prévenu cette dame deux semaines avant mon arrivée pour qu'elle puisse avoir un ventilateur car une amie m'avait dit qu'elle avait très chaud car il n'y en avait pas puis quand je suis arrivée à l'appartement il n'y en avait pas non plus il n'y avait pas Internet je le lui ai dit et elle m'a dit qu'elle était dessus il n'y avait pas Internet j'ai passé un très mauvais moment puis je suis tombée dans la salle de bain j'ai mesuré mon dos je me suis cogné le bras je me suis cogné la jambe car c'est très glissant je lui ai dit que ce qu'elle m'avait dit c'était de me sécher les pieds je les aurais séchés mais la salle de bain quand on sort du combat a un tapis mais on glisse quand même la salle de bain est très glissante elle n'est pas aimable je n'étais pas la première à être tombée aussi une amie à moi est tombée et s'est cognée le bras et la jambe

Esta señora le avisé con antelación dos semanas antes de mi llegada para que tuviera ventilador ya que me hubieran dicho una amiga mía que tenía mucha calor porque no había luego cuando llegué al apartamento no había tampoco no había Internet se lo comuniqué a ella y me dijo que estaba en eso no hubo Internet la pasé muy mal luego me caí en el baño medí en la espalda me di en un brazo me di en una pierna porque es muy resbaloso se lo informé a ella lo que ella me dijo fue que me secara los pies yo me lo hubiera secado pero el baño cuando uno sale de la lucha tiene alfombra pero como quiera se resbala el baño es muy resbaloso ella no es amable no fui la primera que se ha caído también una amiga mía se cayó y se dio un golpe en un brazo y en una pierna

J'ai eu un très mauvais moment dans la salle de bain, c'était très glissant. Je suis tombé, je me suis cogné le dos, le bras et la jambe. Je lui ai dit que le sol était très glissant et elle m'a conseillé de me sécher les pieds. Le problème, c'est que le sol est très glissant malgré la présence d'un tapis, alors j'ai glissé.

Enttäuschend – Außen hui, innen pfui!

Die Nähe zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Wir haben die Wohnung aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und schönen Fotos gebucht – doch die Realität war eine Katastrophe. • Starke Rauchbelastung: Eine echte Raucherwohnung! Besonders ein Schlafzimmer war so verraucht, dass es unbewohnbar war. Matratzen, Gardinen, Wände – alles stank nach Rauch, die Wände waren gelb verfärbt. • Extrem schmutzig: Küche völlig verdreckt – Backofen verkohlt, Kühlschrank und Geschirr haben gestunken, die Spülmaschine war voller Fett- und Essensreste und wurde offenbar nie richtig gereinigt. • Schlechte Ausstattung: Keine Geschirrspültabs, spezielle Kaffeetabs nicht erhältlich, kaum brauchbares Küchenequipment – an Kochen war kaum zu denken. • Unhygienisch: Im Trockner lag noch Wäsche vom Vormieter, zusammen mit Putzlappen gewaschen. Die gesamte Wohnung roch muffig und unhygienisch. • Falsche Angaben: Kein Flughafenshuttle – nur ein Zug, zu dem man 15 Minuten laufen muss. Auch kostenlose Parkplätze? Fehlanzeige! Es gibt keinen eigenen Parkplatz, sondern nur eine Straße, in der man mit Glück etwas findet. • Miese Betten: Matratzen komplett durchgelegen, keine Matratzenschoner – einfach ekelhaft. • Fragwürdiger Vermieter: Nach unserer Abreise wurde unsere Buchung storniert, als wären wir nie angereist – wohl um schlechte Bewertungen zu verhindern. Ich vermute Fake-Bewertungen! Fazit: Absolut enttäuschend, wir können nur dringend abraten!
