I will never be coming back and do not recommend this place at all.

I was very disappointed with this apartment. When I arrived, it was not clean at all — the floors were dirty, the bathroom was grimy, and the kitchen hadn’t been wiped down. On top of that, there were ants all over the kitchen, which was unacceptable and unhygienic. It clearly hadn’t been prepared for new tenants or guests. Definitely not worth the price.

Lovely stay with a great pool

The property was clean and modern and had everything you need. The pool was big and refreshing with a lovely view. Good location - a short drive to the old town or to the beach. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Though it’s only a km to the beach it is a steep walk back up to the property so we drove down or stayed at the pool.

The location and the place were really great. It had everything we needed for our stay. Erlin welcomed us and was really friendly. He even helped us, even though we had missunderstood which room we would stay. All my feedback is positive. Hope to find more welcoming persons like Erlin in South Albania.

A pleasant stay, nice apartment, very helpful staff

Spacious apartment with comfortable beds and a nice pool. Great to have a washing machine. Location quite good for getting around Dhermi though you absolutely need a car. A couple of small food markets nearby. Staff very helpful.

The apartment was not very well equipped with enough kitchen cutlery and the TV did not work. Cleaning system could be improved. Usually a complex would have a master key for all rooms so you can have your place cleaned while you are out. Generally the area suffers with a rubbish problem and is a bit dirty. Albania is lovely but not quite set up with the infrastructure to support tourism yet.

A spacious apartment with a beautiful sea view. Comfortable beds and sofas. The host was very attentive. Dhermi Beach is just a 7-minute drive away.

There was an issue with the shades, but Erlin, the host, did his best to help and added curtains the following day. It didn’t impact our stay much.

Mediocre estate, great staff (Erlin)

The staff (namely Erlin) were great and extremely helpful and responded timely to all our needs and requests, so eventually, we got everything we needed.

The common spaces (staircases, corridors, etc.) were far from chic or elegant (I assume a renovation was going on, although I didn't see any actual work being done during our short stay so don't know for sure). Also, we needed to ask even for basics like additional toilet paper. Furthermore, the pool bar was cash-only. I award 8/10 really just because of Erlin, otherwise 6 or 7 at best. Don't know if you can get better value for the money in Dhërmi but you sure can elsewhere.

Amazing Getaway for a quite family trip or a romantic quality time.

Location is amazing, very quite and nice getaway, friendly and helpful staff, form the boys at the pool to the hotel administrator Erlin. Helped during the whole stay even when our youngest hit her chin and scratched it provided all necessary means for first aid support.

It has a beautiful sea view and located 800-900 meter to the sea. It is located in a quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Me and my family have enjoyed very much the stay in this poperty.

The hotel has an amazing location and an amazing view to the sunset. The stuff was very kind and gave us an upgrade. We love it and we would for sure stay there again.

Nice stay but we came at the wrong time of year - no pool.

The apartment was spacious and the beds were clean. The place was well kept and lots of nice flowers all over the area. The view from the apartment/balcony was also very nice.

There were several minor issues that when together made for not the best stay. Ants in the room, balcony door was very hard to close so we suffered with mosquitos, only thin sheets for the beds with 1-2 blankets (there were 4 of us staying), no spare key for the room so we had to hand ours in and then waited on returning as no one was at reception, cash only and unfortunately due to the time of year of our stay there was no pool/bar/restaurant access which was very disappointing.

The staff were very helpful and very friendly couldn't do enough for you. Pool was a selling point for us and it stayed open till very late. Food was excellent!!!

I was a bit disappointed with our apartment. Was very tired looking and a bit dated. Chair broken and door handle missing, nice lights above the table but didn't work. Could also have done with some lights along the back of the apartments as it was very dark at night.

Loved it so much that, we'll be back as soon as possible.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11:30 am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well, I suggest this place to anyone who wants a beautiful view of Mountains and Sea. Will definitely send everyone I know here. Service Staff was really nice. 10 out of 10.

Avoid this property at all costs - mold & bug infestation in rooms!

Avoid this property at all costs! Our room was infested with bugs all throughout the property, including in the bathroom and in the beds. The property was covered in mold & damp - it was a disgusting smell which wouldn't lift and made our clothes stink after only being in the room for a few hours. The air conditioning didn't work in any of the rooms and displayed red warning lights. The place clearly hadn't been cleaned before our arrival as the bed sheets/towels were dirty. A plastic bag full of rubbish was left under the kitchen sink as a "bin". The room had no patio, no outdoor future and no natural light - all of which was stated in the property listing The host deliberately ignored messages & phone calls about the state of the property - we tried several times to ask the staff at the bar but this was also ignored. This property was so disgusting we had to find alternative accommodation as it wasn't fit for human occupation. We have since had to raise a complaint with Booking due to the dire state of this accommodation - save your time & money by booking at anywhere, literally anywhere, else in Dhermi!
