We recently had a lovely stay at **Black Diamond Hotel in Dhërmi**, and honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
From the moment we arrived, the receptionist was so friendly, approachable and helpful. The cleaning staff were absolutely fantastic too — always busy keeping everything spotless, and always greeting us with a lovely smile.
Our room was perfect, with a beautiful **sea view overlooking the pool**, and the pool itself was a huge hit with the kids. It was immaculate and even had an **in-built jacuzzi**, which was a lovely bonus!
The restaurant catered brilliantly for both adults and children. The food was beautifully presented and tasted **10/10**. Breakfast was just as good, with lots of choice, and every member of the restaurant team was friendly and welcoming.
The buggy drivers taking us to the beach were also great — another friendly and helpful service that made everything so much easier.
Overall, **Black Diamond Hotel was fantastic**. The staff, food, room, pool and overall service made our stay really enjoyable. We would definitely return and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dhërmi!

We stayed here during the off season and weekdays, therefore, there were not many guests here. We got upgraded room for free during our stay :) the staffs were very friendly and supportive. The facilities were nice, the pool was clear and got cleaned even there were not many guests.
The property is a bit far from the beach, walking may take up 15-20mins. They have a transport service by golf cart, which is 1eur per person, 10eur after 7pm for a trip. I would recommend to use it :)
