Lokalizacja jest b dobra. Blisko centrum a jednak ciszo i lokalnie.

Zadbana jest tylko czesc mieszkania - wieksza sypialnia i salon. Pozostale dwie sypialnie i druga lazienka sa w zlym stanie.

Het appartement was erg ruim en schoon bij aankomst. Het appartement ligt ook erg centraal.

In de badkamer stroomde het douche putje over als je de wc doortrok..dus ontlasting kwam daar naar boven. Erg vies. Dit gemeld via de whatsapp van het appartement. Hier is vervolgens niet op gereageerd. Gelukkig was er nog een douche en toilet in het appartement, dus hier gebruik van gemaakt.

The living room is very spacious, luminus and comfortable with access to a balcony. The master bedroom was also nice, spacious, and luminous with a private bathroom. Both bathrooms were ok.

All other bedrooms were very sad and dark. The bed's not very comfortable. The blinds in the living area didn't work and the balcony doors had to be fixed as well during our stay. The technician was not able to fix the blinds. Therefore we had to keep some of them shut the entire time. Luckily he did fix the balcony doors. Frankly, I would expect this to be checked before any new arrival. The building is very loud, meaning lots of noises coming from the neighbours and the street. The dishwasher didn't work properly. The flat is badly isolated, drafts coming through the windows but the heating worked. Not very sustainable. All in all the flat needs to be reviewed and renovated or updated. New windows, better beds and a change of chairs in the dining area. They look very dated and tired!
