Fantastic villa for 21 people
The villa is incredible and having all 12 rooms en-suite is a real bonus. There were 21 of us and it never felt cramped. Loved the hot tub (pool not open as a Feb booking). Kitchen was very well equipped with loads of crockery. Cutlery and glasses plus huge pots and pans, suitable for large groups. The bins were emptied daily which was great. The villa was spotlessly cleaned. Short drive to lots of supermarkets and perfect location for exploring the local area. Alice 'concierge' for the villa was fantastic and answered all our questions, assisted with recommending and booking a restaurant and taxis for us and was on site to meet us and see us off on the final day. This made our stay so much easier.
The booking.com information wasn't correct on all accounts and the villa confirmed that they do not have the option to change anything. Examples are that the site says that there is heating and a hot tub but it doesn't say that these are at extra cost. It says that city tax is included in the price but it isn't - you pay that on arrival. The city tax they quote is also wrong - as of Feb '26 it's EUR 3 per night per person. We were very careful to check what we booked with the owners directly as it was hard on the site to understand which rooms and which facilities were part of our booking.
