About this villa rental

The perfect home for nature lovers.
Just minutes from the historic center of Cetona and the Belverde Caves, well-connected to the most beautiful places in Tuscany.
Unique food and wine tours, truffle hunting, and traditional dinners are available.
The villa has a barbecue and a 6-person hot tub (not included in the price).
Electricity, water, gas for cooking, weekly linens (towels and sheets), initial cleaning, internet connection, and park and pool maintenance are included in the price.

Wonderfull house on the countryside next to Cetona. Simona is a very friendly host. The house is authentic Toscan house. Not very luxuruous, but everything you need is there. Very big garden next to the woods. We met a deer in the morning, peeping around. Swimming pool with a wonderfull view of Cetona. Cetona is a nice and cosy town, with some very good restaurants.

The villa is situated a 5 min drive or 20 min walk up a hill to the town. It’s gorgeous countryside and the large garden, views of Cetona and outside space for dinner and drinks is wonderful. We were not aware that the owner lived on the other side of the property. However that said. We didn’t see them (apart from pool cleaning & provision of an extra fan) so still felt very private. WiFi doesn’t reach passed back of the house, so may need a booster and TV was not connecting but again we didn’t miss it as there’s tonnes to do nearby and the view was so impressive. Other issue was colour of pool water but probably down to excessive heat in Italy. Simona and her mother were delightful and I would consider coming back again.

We had a great holiday. The garden is very large. The house is maybe a little smaller as the in the pictures but we spent the day at the pool or somewhere under the trees so there is no need for a bigger house. Cetona is also very nice with good restaurants and bars! We would love to come back…

Lovely location with beautiful views across the large swimming pool to Cetona. Villa is only a short drive to the centre with plenty of parking. Simona was very helpful despite our not being able to speak much Italian. Still with Google translate we managed perfectly well!
