Great location! Quiet place. Place was a great size for the 2 of us. Would definitely stay here again.
Did not use the hot tub as there was a heat wave the week we were there.
The Back-door lock was not working for us to enter thru that door. The door locked from the inside, so not a safety concern.

Very easy access to beach across the street, nice porch with rocking chairs to have a coffee and cigar, beautiful back yard with luxury hot tub and a grill, access to washer/dryer, and place itself is very cozy and relaxing.
Hot tub needs to be cleaned (3 different sets of next door guests checkout out during our one-week stay, but hot tub wasn't cleaned once); would be nice to have a bigger king-size bed away from a sunny window (very small bed for 2 people, even though we both are fit), and to have a dishwasher since rules request visitors to wash dishes.
