That it was peaceful no traffic or fumes and the view from the hot tub is amazing and you can go on what ever time you like

The annex is very clean and nicely laid out. The kitchen has everything you need for a few days stay, and possibility longer. The location is well positioned for exploring the lovely old towns and villages in the area. My wife especially liked the comfortable reading chair in the living area. We were very pleased with the accommodation.

The apparentment is actually a double garage annex on to larger holiday (or possibly permanent) home. I didn't quite anticipate that from the Booking.com advertisement. Consequently we had people walking past when we were in the hot tub , so not exclusively private. The area allocated to us was the hard standing in front of the garage, we had hoped some garden area may have had been set aside for our use, as that seemed exclusively for the larger holiday home. It's a small gripe, we still enjoyed our soak! With this in mind I think it was rather expensive for what it is.

The property was very clean and of a very high calibre. In the mornings, when the neighbours were asleep, it was so nice to hear woodpeckers and the Peacocks.

We had no idea that the property is adjacent to another holiday chalet and the outside area is under the Velux windows of this property. The noise and music from the adjacent property continued from early evening until 1pm. We were force to close all windows in an attempt to reduce the noise. The people in the adjacent chalet spoilt the overall experience, and feel the owner of the two properties should enforce loud music be at least contained within the chalets after 10:00pm. We chose this property as a quiet retreat and feel ‘short changed’ especially considering the price and the fact that the property is obviously of a very high calibre.
