Very pleasant, friendly, and hospitable hosts, always ready to help with any issue. Perfect cleanliness everywhere. Frequent cleaning and towel changes. A reliable elevator that doesn’t require a long wait. Close to the sea. Shops and cafes nearby. I took a long time choosing accommodation in Batumi and didn’t make a mistake. Many thanks to Zarida and Tomas for their hospitality, responsiveness, and excellent service, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

تعامل واهتمام واستقبال اصحاب الفندق فقط..
انا اشوف احنا كالسعوديين وخليجين نحب فنادق افضل من كذا،، الحمام رائحته كريهه في غرفة 14 و الغرفه نظامها شقه وليس فندق مافيها سليبر ولا مناديل ولا زباله والمفرش مقطن واضح مكروف الغرفه فقط عبارة عن سرير وحمام مافيه مايكرويف او شي من هالقبيل،، التعجب الكبير فالدفع قالو لازم كاش ماعندنا شبكة! الصراحه مو قد المدح اللي شفته فالتعليقات .. عندهم غرفة غسيل قالو بدون تجفيف ب 20 لاري! الصراحة كنت بطلع لفندق افضل بس كلها فل .
