Объект расположен в новой части города, вокруг стройка, как и во многих местах Батуми. Номер очень большой, 2 отдельные комнаты с двуспальными кроватями, общая зона с диваном и телевизором. Очень милые и приятные владельцы. Бесплатно встретили в аэропорту. Рядом много магазинов и нормальные пляжи.
Очень влажно. Это особенность климата, но все же. В ванной постоянно пахло сыростью и это невозможно было исправить. Подтекает сантехника. Уборка поверхностная. Постельное белье некомфортно и оставляет желать лучшего.

Номер чистый и красивый, цена по сравнению с другими вариантами низкая. Кровать мягкая, холодильник есть, чайник есть. Душ тоже хороший, проблем с водой не было. Номера находятся на 6 этаже, так что спускаться можно без лифта (лифт почти всегда долго ждать, потому что в здании 32 этажа). Хозяйка приветливая и добрая, поможет.
Пожалуй единственное это стройка через дорогу и шумная дорога. И с лифтами проблема, работало 2 из 4. Я так понимаю там во многих домах так.

Nice place to stay for a night
The view is to the construction, noisy because of the construction, not easy to find the building....
