Location was very good , just behind the grand mall. We do late check in like 11 pm in the night. When we check inn , we found our room window door was defective and technician come 2 times to repair it but it couldn’t lock properly. After so many bargains they give us another good room . Overall we consider it value for money.

I stayed at the Grand Gloria hotel last week (August 2-11) with my three children. The location is amazing (right on the beach), the breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean. There's an outdoor pool which is also a plus.
I do have a few complaints though. The staff don't speak English that well so it was a bit difficult to communicate. We also had an issue with our room. I reserved a suite and made sure in advance it would be big enough and could accomodate 4 people. When we arrived the room had beds for three people. I had to argue to get another bed and for some reason we were given three towels, not four each time. There were no hand towels or a towel for the floor and not enough toilet paper either. I had to ask for more toilet paper each time. The room wasn't cleaned each day (due to the hours they came around and when I requested the room to be cleaned after 3 days, no one showed up in the end. ). The TV in the room nor safe didn't work either.
Overall the hotel is a great hotel, they just need to work on their service a bit more.
