I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by the reception staff during my stay at the Grand Bellagio Hotel. Both Tamila and Teona were extremely professional, welcoming, and helpful.
They greeted me with a warm smile, assisted me with all my inquiries, and made the check-in and check-out process very smooth. Their positive attitude and hospitality truly enhanced my experience at the hotel.
I am very satisfied with their service and would like to thank them for their kindness and professionalism.

The view of sea and also close to seaside
The design is awful, white lights at the dining salon and lobby is very ugly. The staff dont speak fluent english. There is no good cafe / resturant at lobby. It is 3 star hotel not 5. The bread at breakfast is not fresh and not tasty and ….
