This property was great. Clean, well equipped and a good location.
A few things to note. The key collection and drop off was super difficult. It is at a convenience store located 600m or 9 mins walk from the property. If you arrive without a car this is a long way to carry luggage around and if you have a car it’s super difficult to park or even pull over anywhere near the store.
Other than that it was very easy. The fob didn’t always work in the lift so sometimes we had to get out at the ground floor then get back in to go to the basement, but we managed.
It would have been great to have cups that fit under the coffee machine but again we made it work. The coffee machine was great - super simple but effective. The dryer was not effective, but after many many attempts we eventually got our clothes dried.
Minor issues though that did not take away from our enjoyment.

Nice apartment, lovely views from each bedroom. Everything worked. Centrally located, walking distance to everything you need. My only ask would be to provide additional towels and we got only 2, so had to go to shop and buy more. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

There are many other options in Canberra. Avoid this place. We arrived at the key collection point at 2.15pm but were not given keys until 6pm. Madecomfy’s call centre staff alternated between trying to gaslight us and outright lying. Staff from Stayz call centre were equally frustrating to deal with. Stay clear of this one these people will ruin your holiday.
