Situated across from Canberra Centre, this unit's location is nonpareil. Access to restaurants and supermarkets is convenient even for those without cars. Great location, spacious, large balcony, well appointed and not excessive. Everything we needed was provided.
Signage for parking within the building could be better however this is probably outside the owners control. Locating the waste and recycling bins in the car park proved impossible.

The first thing that was wrong was the directions on how the fine the place. It had 2 different addresses on the information page and I had to call 2-3 times after being sent to the wrong place.
The bed in the main room was broken on one side and the other mattress was as hard as concrete.
