Perfectly Located Modern Apartment - Canberra CBD

Location was amazing, right in the centre of the CBD. It was well equipped and very comfortable.

The balcony could with an occasional clean. The key process was a little convoluted but we managed.

Location was excellent. Gym and Pool were fantastic. Extremely quiet apartment complex. Washing machine and dryer, along with decent sized fridge were great.

Could have included more toilet paper. Coffee machine (or satchels) would have been a nice addition. Hooks in bathroom to hang up clothes and towels would have been great.

Huge balcony great location can walk to sops restaurants everywhere

The bed was horrendous to sleep on and on inspection found an old cheap mattress with a sad tired mattress topper , which did nothing to improve the poor quality of comfort . This mattress was so bad we had 2 sleepless niights. To top it off a false eyelash was stuck to the mattress protector......yuck ! Bed base is also too low and reminiscent of a bad 70's waterbed ensemble. Added to this the top sheet wasn't fitted - you have to ask why ? The sheets themselves don't fit probably and the bottom sheet is not fitted sheet - again why not ! Going on previous reviews , the above issues have not been rectified going on 2 years now. I would not stay here again and pay what I paid. Light sleepers avoid also due to road noise at early hours of the morning.
