One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.
The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Overall property was great and we would stay there again! Could not beat the location and the views. House was clean but wasn’t as spotless as other properties we’ve stayed in. Washer and dryer is a combo machine and it did not dry clothing even if they were in there for 2 hours, so we just hung them up to dry. Kitchen is very limited on utensils and cookware but doable for small meals. They were very easy to communicate with and helped us with check in when we couldn’t find the property upon a late night arrival after dark. Some beach supplies provided but limited.

The condo was clean with a nice view of the water. It was only a short walk to the beach. When we ran into a difficulty with the clothes dryer the response from maintenance was quick.

Amazing stay. Had some issues with the washer but seems to be due to sand from people washing things without rinsing them. Otherwise everything was perfect and the views and access to both sunset and sunrise spots is perfect.
