Coco Cottage at Poipu Beach - 2BR/2BA, Luxury Home

This place was great. Great location, beautiful house that has everything you could want. The owners were very accommodating to our requests and cannot say enough great things about this place. If you are unsure about it for any reason, don’t be. We only stayed for one night unfortunately, after staying on the north shore for a week. E wanted to stay down south before having to head home, but will definitely come back again if we are lucky enough to visit this awesome island. Short walk to the beach, which you can hear the waves crashing from the house. We hung at the small beach which is a 2 minute walk and laid in the sand with a monk seal resting up in the sand. Took the boogie boards which were at the house and had ourselves an awesome time riding the massive waves with some of the locals. Again, if you are undecided… book this place. Joan and Rick go above and beyond here and I don’t know how you could be disappointed. Thanks again for everything!! Maholo, Mike

This is our second stay at the Shaw's property, and certainly won't be our last. I love the proximity to Poipu Beach and the many restaurants and shops in the area. My favorite part is that it's located off a quiet street, with low noise levels. The property itself is beautiful, with a comfortable lanai for sitting outside, even when it rains. The inside is beautifully appointed, with literally anything you might need to make it your home away from home. The Shaws are responsive to questions or requests. I would recommend this lovely property to anyone.

Our first return to a previously booked accommodation: Coco Cottage you remained in our hearts after a visit in June of 2021. So lucky to go back to your wonderful property in May of 2026. The location is amazing. Easy walk to watch the sunset, visit the local beaches and a 5 minute drive to our favorite spot in Poipu: Shipwreck Beach. The house is super clean and has just what is needed for an excellent trip: beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels and sunscreen. Kitchen was well stocked for our home-cooked meals. The backyard is a paradise with the swaying trees, orchids and many birds. The hosts are fantastic at quick communication - and went above and beyond, offering to ship a left item. Cute, spacious and impeccably clean cottage walkable to beach coves and restaurants. Perfect for 4 friends! We loved the large back porch and grill for outdoor hangs and enjoyed watching the birds every morning. Beautiful greenery surrounding the property so it felt very private. Really lovely, modern and well decorated spaces. Beach gear and coolers were such a nice bonus!
