**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

We were in town for FIBArk, and the location was amazing! Right in the center of the activity. While loud during the days, the festival activities ended around 10 pm so didn’t interfere with sleep. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable.

We have been to Salida several times so knew we would love this location and understood it was in the basement of the building. Unit was ready before check-in time and it was very clean. It's actually a studio and not a 1 bedroom (no separate room / door for the bedroom) and only 1 way in and out so no
