Beautiful views of the ocean. Good location.
Some of the finishes are old and needs to be replaced . Bed in main bedroom not comfortable for long stays. WiFi very slow.

the view from the unit is amazing however we felt that the unit itself needs a bit of TLC. The wallpaper is coming off the walls, the one drawer in the kitchen needs attention, the blind in the bathroom is disgusting, the high windows have not been cleaned in ages.
The access - anyone who has mobility issues cannot stay there. From the very small garage to the unit are 2 flights of stairs so you have to carry everything up. Also a walk on the beach is challenging as the driveway is extremely steep on your return to the unit so walking up that is very very hard.
