The apartment is new and was very clean.
The balcony is huge.
Every room has its own air conditioner.
Bellevue Beach is 10min walk distance from the apartment.
Several groceries are also 5-10min walk distance.
Unfortunately we found ants in the apartment. We contacted the lanlord and they did their best to kill them but was not enough. They kindly offered to mop the floors every day.
There was no toaster.
There were no dishwasher tablets available

it’s very big and beautiful. Amazing balcony view and rooftop view.
Apartment is dusty and I’m allergic to dust.
