The apartment fulfilled all our expectations for two adults and a 13 year old daughter. Personally, it was better than in the pictures. The owner greeted us with cold water and handed over the keys. We liked the elevator that leads directly to the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed for our three-night stay. We visited Prague during a heat wave and the portable air conditioner served its purpose (it's a bit loud and one for the entire space, but at 38-39 degrees outside we didn't complain too much). Metro B - Karlovo namesti is a few minutes walk (Resslova exit), trams are everywhere (tram 17 - at the dancing house to Charles Bridge). Basically, the connection to the center is excellent. We booked parking in advance - through Mr. Parkit which we recommend to guests. Also recommendations for the Aida bar across the street - the atmosphere is wonderful, the owner, two dogs and locals at the bar gave a special charm with a cold Czech beer. If we repeat our trip to Prague, we know where we will book again. Maybe just a tip for the owners, get beer glasses! Cheers beers 🙂

Es un apartamento muy agradable. Está muy muy limpio y las camas son cómodas. Dispone de un sistema de climatización (tipo pingüino) que nos salvó del calor ya que se llegó a 37-38°C. El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos. Se agradece poder disponer de toallas, gel, detergente, azúcar, sal, infusiones, ya que en otros apartamentos de Praga no se proporcionan estos productos. La zona es tranquila, a 3 minutos hay una parada de tranvía con diversas líneas, incluida la 22. A 300 m, un supermercado Albert y un par de aparcamientos públicos. Se puede ir andando al Reloj Astronómico, al puente de Carlos, a la Casa Danzante, etc. Evgeniya es muy amable, nos dejó un obsequio de bienvenida y pudimos dejar las maletas hasta las 16 h.

Worn furniture, in need of serious refreshment. Window next to single bed does not close well. Beds are narrow and creak. No wi-fi almost all the time. No basic utensils and impossible to cook for yourself if you choose. The washing machine door stinks and barely opens. There is neither soap nor enough plates and cups. If you are more people or with younger children I don't think it is suitable.
