The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from Prague`s Old Town Square and is only just around the corner from the Dancing House and the National Theatre! Wencelas Square is less than a 10 minute walk away also! There are lots of small cafes and restaurants in the lively neighbourhood. The apartment is located on a quiet street, there is public transport nearby and also within easy walking distance to all the great things to see in Prague`s Old Town!
The apartment is only a 1-minute walk from the Myslíkova tram stop and a 10-minute walk from the Karlovo náměstí metro station.
We kindly ask that you observe the following guidelines to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbours.

* Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
* A local tourist tax of CZK 50 (€2) per adult, per night is required by the City of Prague. This fee is collected separately and is payable in cash upon arrival.

* No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the apartment.
* No Parties or Events: The apartment is located in a residential building and is intended for quiet stays. It is best suited to couples, families, or business travellers.
* Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
* Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am.
Late Check-in
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals outside our standard check-in hours:
* €20 for arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm
* €30 for arrivals after 10:00 pm
The fee is payable in cash to the representative who welcomes you upon arrival.
