Jediné pozitivum je umístění, neboť jsme chtěli navštívit Národní divadlo a ubytování je jen o ulici dál.
Předání klíčů o pár zastávek tramvají není moc pohodlné. Při otevření dveří do apartmánu vás uhodí do očí absolutně špinavé střešní okno. Okna nejsou v celém apartmánu umývána asi několik let, žaluzie na nich nefungují, takže slunce vás budí velice brzy. Kuchyň velmi špinavá, lepivá, na gauči v obývací části přehoz s fleky. V jedné koupelně se loupe strop. Podlahy tragédie.
