We are excited to share our newly remodeled home with you! The house is stylish, bright, airy, yet comfortable and clean. With over 2,200 SQFT, one story, no stairs inside living space, we provide a lot of indoor/outdoor amenities such as:
• Private swimming pool (NOT HEATED)
• Private backyard with covered patio and outdoor lounging furniture
• Weber Traveler 1 Burner BBQ grill
• Outdoor grass field
• Yoga mats and simple gym equipment are provided
• Game room with a 12-foot-long shuffleboard table
• Smart TV in each room and the living room
• Free access to Disney+, ESPN, and Hulu
• Work-from-home desk with monitor and fast-speed internet
• Central AC for both cooling and heating
• Access to garage parking
• Fresh linens, towels, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner
• Newly remodeled kitchen with brand new appliances
• Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea pods
The house is also centrally located in the City of Las Vegas. The neighborhood itself is Private, Safe, and Family-Friendly. However, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants that are only a few minutes' drive away.

- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Maximum overnight guests: 8
- Minimum age to rent: 21
- No events allowed
- No smoking inside allowed; guest can however smoking in the backyard
- House can comfortably host up to 8 guests. We charge additional guest fees after 6 people; $20 per guest per night for each after 6 guests
Pet Policy:
We have decided to open up our house to the lovely fur babies!! Up to 2 pets are welcome to stay. $80 each pet each trip will be charged. Please always pick up after them. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if guests fail to do so.
- THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Parties, events, or large unruly gatherings are NOT permitted.
- No loud music, shouting, or excess noise outside, including backyard, patio. Quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Only up to 4 parking spaces are provided. 2 in the garage, 2 on the driveway. No street parking is permitted.
- There is an interactive doorbell with camera, a security camera facing the driveway, and a security camera facing the outdoor patio for security purpose only. Guests can view live feed of security cameras on the TV.

Great Property with easy access to everything! The home is nicely decorated and spacious! Unfortunately one of our family members had a recent surgery and needed a wheelchair during our stay, but the home was spacious enough (not cluttered) so she was able to move easily through the house, with some help lifting the chair down to the backyard. The pool was clean and perfect for the hot weather. We were happy to see the pool net was available for us to clean up some of the leaves from the occasional bursts of wind. Also, the exterior bathroom was a nice feature, so we didn't have to track any water in the house. Beds were decent (not too hard, not too soft) (& we prefer king) but it wasn't a deal breaker. Every bedroom has a full length mirror (good to know for anyone getting dressed up for an event)! Restrooms were spacious and clean with good lighting. Water pressure could be better in showers (but I'm a water pressure snob, so take that as you will!)! The shuffleboard game was a bonus along with the big dining table and spacious dining area. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would 100% stay again! (Hopefully soon! )

The home and pool are very clean. The interior is modern and well laid out. There are 2 full bathrooms inside and 1 full bath outside which is conveniently located next to the pool. This rental also has an easy check out. There is not a long list of “to dos” before you leave which is awesome. Our host, Jia, was great and answered questions quickly. This is the perfect house for families or a group of friends!

The property was fine, it was not as fresh as the pictures and I felt that the floors and pool were dirty. My feet were black from walking inside the house and I didn't use the pool because it was green. For the price, I expected more. Everything else provided was satisfactory.
