Escape to your own private Las Vegas retreat! This beautifully remodeled 4000 sq. ft. ranch home sits on a lush 1-acre estate with 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms (including one which is a 4-person steam room).
Relax in the resort-style backyard featuring a large heated pool, 10-person hot tub, putting green, gas BBQ, 40 yard turf field, 2000 sq-ft covered patio with ceiling fans and a BBQ, and beautiful gardens with towering palms and fruit trees. Just 10-minutes from the Las Vegas Strip!
The open living area offers plenty of lounge and dining seating, 2 x 60-inch TVs, See through fireplace, and Pool Table. Services include good AC, Bluetooth Stereo, Cable, and High-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen has a restaurant grade range/hood and includes everything needed for gourmet cooking, grilling, and dining. The dining table seats up to 10 guests.
Guests have access to the entire home aside from the garage, the shed, and the pool equipment. Enjoy the convenience of a 3,000 sq. ft. wraparound driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles.
Hot Tub: Enjoy complimentary use of the hot tub year-round. It can be heated to your preferred temperature in approximately 35 minutes.
The Pool is heated to 80 degrees from April 1 to Oct 31. If guests would like to have pool heating outside of these dates, it can be arranged for an extra charge (details below).
RULES AND OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Renter must be minimum 25 years old and all guests must be over 21 unless accompanied by Parent/Guardian, or with special permission of the Owner.
- The premises should be neat and tidy and everything in working order when you arrive. It is your responsibility to do an inspection of the premises and alert the owner if there are any issues with cleanliness or if something is broken or not working. If you don’t do this you may be held responsible.
- No smoking inside of the house. There are ashtrays in designated areas outdoors. We expect you to make sure your butts are out, as Las Vegas is the desert and fires can be sparked quite easily.
- Parties on Premise are Not permitted.
- Filming is Not permitted.
- No business can be conducted from the Premise.
- We do not allow any more than 10 people max. on the property at anytime without special permission from the Owner.
- Only the number of guests registered are allowed in the house at one time
- Pets are not allowed unless authorized by the owner prior to check in.
- We expect guests to have fun but to keep the house and property clean and to utilize the amenities provided with care. You will be deducted damages from your deposit if any should occur.
- The house is kept at a minimum of 76 degrees in the hot summer months and a maximum of 74 degrees in the cool winter months. Cooling or heating outside of these ranges will incur extra costs. Ceiling fans and space heaters are provided for extra comfort if needed.
-Late check outs need to be organized prior to avoid fees. Unapproved late check outs are $60 per hour.
**Pool Heating (Nov. 1 – Mar. 31): Pool heating is available upon request during the cooler months, and during cold spells, for an initial fee of $150, plus $75 per day thereafter. Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to allow the pool to reach a comfortable temperature of approximately 80°F (27°C). Requests to heat the pool above 80°F are available for an additional $20 per degree, per day. The pool heater is remotely controlled, and we're happy to assist with temperature adjustments throughout your stay.**
A Guest Guide is provided in the home with helpful information about the property, recommended restaurants and shopping, local attractions, operating instructions, a departure checklist, and other tips to help you enjoy your stay.
Pets: Pets are welcome with prior approval. If approved, a pet fee of $25 per pet, per day will apply. This optional fee is added after your reservation has been accepted.
