SPACE FOR THE WHOLE GROUP
- Bedroom 1: Queen bed
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed
- Bedroom 3: King bed
- Living room: Sofa bed
Sleeps 8 across 4 beds, 2 full bathrooms — plus a bathtub for soaking after a long day.
COZY INSIDE, TOO
Curl up by the indoor fireplace, gather the group around the 6-seat dining table, or break out the board games for family game night.
A KITCHEN THAT'S ACTUALLY STOCKED
Gas stove, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, blender, rice maker, and all the cooking basics — this isn't a "coffee maker and hope for the best" kitchen. Cook a full group dinner or just grab breakfast before heading out.
REAL COMFORTS OF HOME
In-unit washer and dryer, central heat and air with a smart thermostat, extra pillows and blankets, and fast WiFi throughout.
SEAMLESS ARRIVAL
Skip the front-desk line — self check-in with a keypad means you're poolside within minutes of arrival, any hour you land.
UNBEATABLE LOCATION
Just 10–15 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip, 10 minutes to Allegiant Stadium (Raiders games, concerts, WrestleMania), and 15 minutes to Harry Reid Airport. For a change of pace, Red Rock Canyon's scenic drives and hiking trails are a quick 25-minute escape. All the action, none of the noise.
Perfect for: families, groups, and friends looking for a private pool home with room to spread out.
*POOL HEATING*
Heated pool available on request for $100 per night, with a 2-night minimum. For consistent water temperature, heating must stay on for your entire stay. Please request it at least 48 hours before check-in so the pool has time to warm up.
Please don't remove or turn off the pool vacuum. It runs on a set schedule, and disconnecting it can damage the equipment.
*PET POLICY*
Furry friends are welcome!
One-time pet fee: $150 for up to 2 pets max
Please let us know about all pets in advance. Unreported pets, or pet-related damage, may result in charges of up to $500. This includes pet waste left on the property, excessive hair on bedding or furniture, and chewing or scratching.
