Excellent location. Beautifully decorated property and excellent size.
No body soap or shampoo in dispenser. Shower was in a weird location (in the middle of the bathroom) so you have to walk through the shower to get to the toilet

Location, size of apartment, AC, property manager extremely helpful and friendly. So many restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk.
Bathroom layout was odd. Shower was between sink and toilet with plastic sliding doors. The shower tiles on wall, some of the other walls, shower doors and floor had black mold. Shower head was rusted too. The size of the shower was so tiny it was difficult to shave legs. If it weren’t for the black mold it would have been an easy 5/5.
