Overall a good accomodation!
The villa was big enough for 7 people!
The garden was very nice and well maintained and the pool was useful for our stay!
We used the BQ to grill some meat and enjoyed a meal there!
The location was good, very silent and panoramic but e bit away from the sidari village!
The air conditioning worked perfectly well! The kitchen was big enough and very equipped with all the necessary cooking tools!
First of all the mosquitoes! A lot of them even inside the house! Our children looked like they were on a fight the last day of stay!
Villa was not clean enough when we arrived so the manager should change the cleaning lady or the company that makes the cleaning!
At the 2 floor there were white geckos( small lizards) moving on the walls! They are not dangerous but very scary for the children!
And the internet speed was very poor! We experienced 3 mbps all our stay! George i guess made all the possible but nothing was done!

Old and tired needs significant maintenance. We had issues with washing machine and cooker and WiFi was non existent. This was blamed on a recent storm.

Gorgeous villa with relaxing atmosphere.
This villa is gorgeous, bigger than expected with 3 bathrooms and a toilet downstairs. Lots of outdoor space and a great pool. Villa was very clean and the cleaners were also such lovely people. The host George was excellent. He was friendly and always on hand to answer any queries I had. He gave some great recommendations on some great restaurants with beautiful food and views. Would happily stay again. Great size for 2 families.

Large and comfortable house, highly recommended
Large comfortable house with everything you need in a house and a wonderful pool, garden and porch. Good air conditioning. Extraordinary attention from George on arrival, during the stay and when leaving. Quiet place away from noise but 10 minutes from beaches, taverns, shops and bars. Very good value for money. Highly recommended to get to know the north of the island.
To say the least, we would have preferred to have the lawn mowed on arrival.

Excelent host
The host, George is an incredible cheerful person and ready to help you in any problem or inquiry you may have. The location is very quiet, with a very nice, big yard/ garden, but near Sidari city, so you don't feel isolated. The neighbours are far away. Private parking with a bit of shade from the trees in the garden was a big plus. We enjoyed the private pool, it was the perfect size for 5 people and we got a lot of use of the sunbeds and umbrellas. The rustic feel house has every utility you may need and more and there are 3 full bathrooms for the 3 beedrooms + one small one on the ground floor. In conclusion, we enjoyed it very much!

Wireless network was not working for 5 of total 7 days of our stay. Even when working was totally slow. Unfortunatelly there is no mobile network inside so when we needed to work we need to sit at the outside patio where LTE was available.

Lovely villa and pool
Clean, new, everything in place, every bedroom an airco. We enjoyed a great time , during heatwave the pool was a blessing.

Traumhaft schön!
Die Villa Livadi ist zauberhaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Pool und der Garten sind ein absolutes Highlight. Und wenn es mal regnet kann man es sich auch zu 6 im Wohnzimmer auf der Couchlandschaft gemütlich machen.
Alles ist sauber. Und George unser Host war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns viele gute Tipps für den Urlaub gegeben.

Perfekter erholsamer Familienurlaub.
Wir haben dort mit unserem Sohn, 9 Jahre, herrliche Pfingstferien verbracht. Das Haus ist einwandfrei und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht; inklusive Klimaanlage und Mückenschutz in jedem Zimmer. Handtücher waren für den ganzen Urlaub vorrätig. Der Pool ist groß und gepflegt und es war jedes mal ein Vergnügen reinzuspringen, wann man wollte :-). Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für Ausflüge zu den umliegenden Stränden oder in den nahe gelegene Touristenort Sidari ( ca. 3km), wo es auch Supermärkte, etc. gibt. In der Umgebung gibt es auch einige sehr gute einheimische Restaurants. Hier, wie auch bei anderen Frage, habt ihr einen perfekten Gastgeber/George, den ihr bei der Schlüsselübergabe kennen lernt :-).

Von außen schön, innen leider dreckig
Zunächst möchte ich vorweg nehmen, dass sich die Personalbewertung nicht auf Georg, der uns die Wohnung übergeben hat, bezieht.
Dieser ist sehr freundlich und hat uns in einer sehr angenehmen Art das Haus übergeben. Wir haben alles gezeigt und erklärt bekommen und sogar einen Reiseführer für die nähere Umgebung erhalten. Auch zwischendurch gab es immer Rückfragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist.
Das Haus macht von außen einen guten Eindruck, der Garten und die Poolumgebung ist sehr schön. Man hat über den Tag gesehen sehr lang Sonne, wenn man denn bei den vielen Bademöglichkeiten überhaupt mal am Pool ist (bei uns war dies ein Mal der Fall, nach einer langen Wanderung, wodurch sich ein Strand nicht mehr gelohnt hätte).
Wir haben uns primär für die Unterkunft entschieden, da viele 2023 die Sauberkeit betonten. Vllt. gab es einen Tausch beim Besitzer oder der Reinigungskraft, jedoch können wir nur von einen staubigen Haus berichten, welches von einer schlechten Reinigungskraft geführt wird (daher die Personalbewertung).
Bei der Anreise merkten wir nach Bezug, dass sich ein nasser See unter einen der Sessel befand, welchen wir kurzum mit Lappen selbst entfernt haben. Als wäre ein Eimer umgefallen oder man hätte mit einen Schlauch den Boden gereinigt. An sich machte das Haus einen sauberen Eindruck, wenn man nicht die Regale, Ablagen oder Schränke näher betrachtet, wo der Staub schon sehr hoch liegt (kleines Beispiel ich wolle eine Mücken mit einen Handtuch erschlagen, das Ergebnis war eine Staubwolke über den Kopfkissen im Dachgeschoss).
Weiterhin gibt es alle 2-3 Tage kleine Reinigungen, welche in den Zeitraum völlig ausreichen, wenn man sie denn macht. In der Unterkunft hängt ein Hinweis, wie wichtig Sauberkeit ist und was da passiert, von den Punkten wird eher weniger erledigt.
Der Boden war jedesmal dreckiger als vorher, weshalb wir die Reinigung jedesmal nochmals selbst durchgeführt haben. Wir haben jeden Tag unsere Betten gemacht hinterlassen, nach der Reinigung hatten wir ein drauf geworfenes und zerknülltes Bettlaken vorgefunden, gleiches mit der Bettdecke, bei meinen Eltern lag das Bettzeug auf einen Sessel geworfen und die Stofftiere der Kinder lagen auf den Boden im Dreck. Das geht überhaupt nicht!!! Ich erwarte keine Hotelbetreuung, aber sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt und wir verreisen seit 7 Jahren nur in Ferienhäuser oder Wohnungen.
Im allgemeinen ist es notwendig Modernisierungen vorzunehmen. In den Duschen müssten dringend die Fugen neu gezogen werden, da sich der Schimmel sonst weiter und tiefer ausbreiten wird. Dies macht das Duscherlebnis, wie die vergilbte Wanne inklusive des schimmelnden Vorhangs sehr unangenehm.

Geweldige prijs kwaliteitsverhouding!
Wat een prachtige grote tuin !! En wat een ruimte binnen. Overal fijne horren voor de muggen etc. Heerlijk bbq buiten. Airco’s in elke slaapkamer. Hele fijne tijd gehad.
De badkamers en de keuken zijn vooral een beetje verouderd. Alles functioneert prima. De douches hebben bijvoorbeeld geen houder zodat je onder de douche kunt staan, deze moet je vasthouden. En de bedden vonden wij niet zo geweldig, voelde de veren zitten.
