First of all, the staff. Amazing people. Professional while being extremely nice and gentle with the whole family. They were all amazing. When I mean everyone, I mean everyone, reception, cleaning staff, pool animation staff, restaurant and bar people. Really felt very cozy thanks to them.
It's hard... I loved almost everything, maybe the pool could close a bit later like 20h instead of 19h, but I am also sure that you made the studies and there is a reason for it. So, apologies for the comment, but it was the only improvement I could think of.

Hotel was clean, lots of activities for kids , big pool, provided everything for a family

The pool is by far the draw to this hotel. It’s spacious, plenty of sun beds and a good atmosphere.
This is our third trip so we obviously like it, however I do think the food variety could be better and the old dinners on far side of pool replaced me

The hotel is very clean apart from the pool
Breakfast was ok
Location was very good.
The pool need modernising and cleaning more regularly
The food is repetitive
The snacks arnt available all day
Poor drink choice and not branded
Need a bigger bar
Snack bar upstairs
Beds not comfy
