Spend a fantastic getaway in this dog-friendly mountain cabin, where you can relax on the porch to the sounds of a babbling creek running just beside the house! Step inside to find a spacious and open living area, with beautifully burnished floors, a handsome gas fireplace, lots of comfortable furniture, and charming décor. When you're not pulling fish from Tuckasegee Lake, watch a good movie on the mounted flatscreen TV or head into the full kitchen to assemble a delightful lunch to enjoy at the dining table with seating for six or outside on the furnished deck for an al-fresco experience with incredible mountain views. The private gas grill will make it easy to throw a fun summer barbecue while the kids romp around the yard. You'll love gathering your friends and family around the firepit for an evening of good conversation and stargazing. Don't forget to let the private washer/dryer knock out everyone's laundry while you entertain the family with the provided board games.

It was a lovely location. Gorgeous view from the front porch that changes depending on the clouds and the sky. It was a bit of a struggle for our hybrid to make it up the mountain, which I definitely think this should be addressed in the description of the property. It was a bit disappointed that the front twinkle lights weren't working and there wasn't dishwasher detergent.

It was very nice! We found it to be clean, comfy, and it had everything we needed. Beautiful view! Would definitely stay here again.

The door locks were very difficult to operate. The sofa recliner opened but would not shut back.
