Host was super friendly, answering questions very timely. Then cleanliness was exceptional. We asked for late check-out and was granted it with full support of the staff.

I loved the location. It was very peaceful.
We had a couple of issues with cleanliness. When I went to check the bed, multiple hairs of various types were found throughout the sheets. Also, found hair on the toilet seat lid. Called to request new sheets. Was told she could bring some in the morning that she was an hour away. Then she states if necessary she would bring some out that night. Tried to assure me that sheets were clean. Took the ones off the loft bed and used those. Also, 3 remotes had dead batteries.
