Maggie Valley Cabin Rentals

Beautiful little property part way up the side of a mountain in an extremely quiet neighborhood. Open level parking, yay! The interior was super clean and everything I needed for a 2 night stay. It was so much fun to stay in a yurt!! It’s bigger than you expect. The bed was very comfortable, super nice linens, plenty of hot water, great place to sit on the deck. The best thing was the wonderful grounds of the property! There was a covered picnic shelter with an a grill and rocking chairs + lots of room to walk my dog on the level gravel road with big grassy areas all around. Wi-Fi was good and lots of little kindnesses were provided such as a couple of bottles of water, dish soap, hand soap, etc. The photo shows the yard area beside my yurt. Awesome quiet level area for kid or dog play. Will definitely be back!

Wished there was a bedside lamp so I didn’t have to get up to reach the switch for the hanging lights. Also would have loved a simple chair in the dressing area behind the bath to sit and put shoes on. There’s plenty of room for one. That’s about it!

Kid friendly and a great experience loved the little fireplace and hang out spot!!

Our yurt was such a surprise to see how roomie clean and comfortable it actually was! The front porch was great for having morning coffee and we were joined by a very large elk who just cruised passed like he lived there all his life. He was very very calm and peaceful

It wasn't that much of a big deal, but there wasn't any dresser. But plenty of space to keep your bags on the sofa at the end of the bed.

I loved the location. It was very peaceful.

We had a couple of issues with cleanliness. When I went to check the bed, multiple hairs of various types were found throughout the sheets. Also, found hair on the toilet seat lid. Called to request new sheets. Was told she could bring some in the morning that she was an hour away. Then she states if necessary she would bring some out that night. Tried to assure me that sheets were clean. Took the ones off the loft bed and used those. Also, 3 remotes had dead batteries.
