I can‘t recommend this, because I can‘t wish anybody to feel this stress that you don‘t know how to access your stay at
It is suitable for maximum 3 person, Apartment has separate bedroom and dinning room with sofa bed, good calm, safe and silent living area, very close to RER station 15 min by foot, 8 min to the tram and bus stop near the house. Everything you need for stay is here.
First of all, we were not provided by accessing instructions before we arrive. I mentioned arriving time, it was evening, also I asked directly about it, but nobody answered. When we arrived I tried to call the staff, but nobody answered during 2 hours. So at 9 pm I have to call booking.com to help. In the end I ask one neighbor of the house to help to know if somebody knows who is the owner of the Apartment. Finally the owner called me and gave instructions. It was very very inconvenient and stressful for us… Another thing - it was very dirty in the apartment, on the first view it was cleaned, very old bedding and towels with spots, they were washed, but with old spots. uncomfortable sleeping places, too soft, that is bad for your body. The shower is dirty. Towels were only 4 for 3 person. Pictures don‘t match the real situation, means that apartment really more older and dirtier then it on photos.

ASUNTO: Reclamación por el estado del apartamento y el cobro indebido de limpieza. Me dirijo a ustedes en relación con mi estancia en el apartamento T2 LUXE proche PARIS TERRASSE PARKING PRIVE ubicado en 30 Rue Olympe de Gouges, 94400, Vitry-Sur-Seine durante mis vacaciones. Al llegar al alojamiento me encontré con que el apartamento estaba en un estado inaceptable de suciedad, lo cual no corresponde ni con lo anunciado en el anuncio ni con las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad y respeto hacia los huéspedes. Esta situación generó un gran malestar y no permitió disfrutar de la estancia en condiciones adecuadas. Además, se me ha cobrado un importe extra en concepto de limpieza, lo cual considero totalmente improcedente, ya que no solo no recibí el servicio prometido, sino que tuve que enfrentarme a la limpieza del apartamento por mi cuenta, comprando productos (gastos colaterales). Por todo lo anterior, solicito el reembolso inmediato del dinero abonado por el concepto de limpieza. En caso de no recibir una solución en un plazo razonable, me veré en la obligación de elevar esta queja a las autoridades competentes en materia de consumo, porque es algo injusto !
