Really nice place to stay if you have a car. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. Hotel was unmanned but check in and out process was easy. Included drinks in the lounge during afternoon/evening hours. Very close to the Beppu Hells.

I like the self check in and number lock as all members can access the room without the need for physical cards. The room was very clean and big. The hotel has no lift so you need to strategise your luggages. The location also requires you to drive. Otherwise, it can be a long walk. Overall, recommended as we had a very good stay.

Whole night can hear 2nd floor foot steps
