Lovely clean room with great sea views. Set back from the road and very quiet. And we appreciated the AC. Very convenient for the train station. Fabulous restaurants along the sea front.

Exceded our expectations, rooms newly rennovated to a detailed level of comfort. Beds perfect. Sparkling clean and great roomservice, I have been in many 5 star hotels an this is the cleanest I have seen. Location great, breakfast excellent. Good value and I recommend.

Nothing, maybe a little tricky to find

The view from the balcony was wonderful. Dinner at the Bistrot was exceptional. Many thanks to the lovely lady from Thailand who was not only responsible for presenting breakfast in the morning but also cleaned the rooms. Our room was immaculate! We also watched her tidy the dining terrace in the morning and set up the umbrellas etc - very hardworking, conscientious and pleasant!

Would have appreciated the availability of an iron and ironing board.

The first floor room was great with a balcony overlooking the terrace of the restaurant below and the sea beyond. The air-conditioning and the complimentary water in the fridge helped enormously. We had a great view of the bay and the planes coming in and out of Nice Airport. We had an excellent evening meal and the breakfasts were exceptional. The staff were friendly and efficient. The free shuttle bus from just outside on the esplanade, took us most of the way to Renoir's House museum.

The memory foam mattress was very comfortable but not great in such warm weather. The check in time says till 20:00 but as the restaurant is open downstairs till much later this is not so important. It would be good if this was clear in the info online.

There is no room safe. The door to the room is opened by a old fashion key. In order for the room to lock inside, you have to deadbolt yourself in the room. Tiny tiny shower.

The hotel actually operates along with the underlying bistrot and I have to admit that it was fantastic having spacious rooms overlooking the beach. Rooms have comfortable beds and are equiped with all the means one may need, such as Wi-Fi, small fridge, espresso machine, hair-dryer, A/C and a large flat TV set (we did not get use of the latter). We had our rooms cleaned (really thoroughly) and our fridge resupplied with a pair of water bottles on a daily basis. Not only our hosts (Eloise and Nicolas) were really helpfull, but all the hotel and bistrot staff was suberb trying to fulfill our needs. The underlying bistro is used to serve French-style breakfast, offering a wide variety of sweet and savory dishes that truly exceed our expectations and varied preferences. Apart from breakfast, dinning at the bistrot is strongly suggested. All the plates are suberb, but I'd suggest trying those based on fish. It is worth to mention that the kitchen was extremely clean that there wasn't any fishy smell indicating that fishes were really fresh on a constant basis. The hotel is located right across the street from the beach so we had the opportunity to swim at every chance before having breakfast. The beach is clean with pebbles and is getting deep rather quickly which we really like. Finally, the hotel is ideally located close to the airport and yet without the traffic congestion of Nice, nor the crowded city centre. This is the ideal place to act as a base for journeys to other destinations, such as Nice, Monaco, Menton, Antibes, Cannes, St. Paul du Vence, or even Marseille. Last but not least Cros-de-Cagnes train station is within walking distance; trains along with local buses provide reliable travel alternatives to all the above destinations. Important notice: The hotel does not have a lift; so it is not suitable for people with kinetic disablilities. This was not a problem for us, but other people may need to be aware of.

Super cosy hotel with an excellent view. The staff was very helpful and realt friendly, we will definitely recommend this Place to friends and family.

The view, the friendliness of the staff and the location. We only needed it for one night, as we arrived in Nice on a late flight and needed a nearby accommodation on the coast so that we could wake up in the morning and see the sea. It was perfect for that.

It was a bit loud in the morning, because there is a road on the beach, so if you open the window, you can't sleep anymore. The room has to be accessed via a narrow staircase, but at the same time they asked very politely if they could help with the luggage.
