Чисто, все відповідає фото (а не як буває, що приїхав і розумієш, що тим фото уже років 10 і все вбите). Чудовий вид з вікна. В квартирі тепло, хоч я трошки спочатку і хвилювалась з цього приводу. Дуже привітний власник, усе підкаже, покаже і почує ваші побажання щодо заїзду і виїзду.

The owner is very responsive and always tries to help with whatever. The apartment is very clean, and it has everything that you'd possibly need. The mattress and pillows are great. Rarely have I had such a comfortable stay in Kyiv. Location is also good -- in 20 min of pleasant walk, you can reach all historical places and attractions. No power cuts, and the elevators are fast, clean, and quiet. The place is very safe, with 24/7 security guards. In the morning, the sunrise is happening right in front of you, and in the night you look at the beautiful city center from the panoramic windows -- bewitching sight! Highly recommended for a solo traveler, or for a couple.

The soundproofing in the building is not good, so you can hear what is going on in the neighbors' flats. I was a bit worried about this but it turns out neighbors do not make noise at night and everything is quiet. So I was able to have a decent sleep.
