The host is very nice and friendly. There is a cool Cafe with georgian cuisine nearby. Close to subway and railway stations.
Renovation is not that good as you could see in the photos. There were two broken chairs we asked to fix. Nobody fixed it. Despite the fact there is a bathtub, you cannot really use it as water heater is too small for such a huge tub. Electricity sockets are extremely uncomfortable. There are a lot of small things to fix
