We stayed in a studio apartment and I've never had such a nice experience with staying in apartments before. The staff is really nice and helpful, you can text them and they'll answer immediately. The apartment is in a new modern building with security, feels really safe. The bus stop is 5 minutes away from the apartment building and it takes around 10 minutes to get to the the city center by trolleybus. There's Silpo and Velmart around 500m from the building. The apartment was clean, genuinely have only good impressions about it. From what I understood, there's also a bomb shelter right near the building, if you're worried about it.

Everything
The security was not helpful at all. We had problems getting into the building at the beginning and the security sat there and watching us struggling to get in without him saying or doing anything. That wasn't nice at all.

the equipment is very good. the size of the room is very good. security is wonderful.
far from the center the owner is not quite corporate to extend the checkout for only one hour!!
