Sehr sauber und gepflegt in einer sehr schönen Lage, mit Blick auf die Christus-Statue, Berge und ein wenig Meer.
Die Vermieterin war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns ein sehr gutes Frühstück zubereitet und ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen.
Es hat uns wirklich alles gefallen!
Man musste nur sehr darauf achten, die Türen zu schließen, da sich sonst gerne kleine Tierchen breit machen. Auch musste man beim Essen draußen auf Krümel achten, damit man die Tierchen nicht anlockt. Das war etwas nervig, aber eine äußerst sinnvolle Regel, dadurch ist die Unterkunft auch top gepflegt!!
Wenn man mehrere Tage in Maratea ist, dann kann man die Küche nicht zum Kochen verwenden. Das ist für die Lage der Unterkunft auch sinnvoll, sollte man aber bedenken, wenn man mehrere Tage bucht und Maratea ist echt eine mehrtägige Reise wert!

Posizione molto bella e comoda per raggiungere Maratea, stazione e spiagge. Alloggio nuovo, con spazio esterno, in camera è presente piccolo e utilissimo frigorifero, pulizia impeccabile. Colazione varia ed abbondante, con prodotti freschi da pasticceria locale. Anna Maria molto cortese e disponibile ( grazie mille🙏!!!! ). Io ho viaggiato con treno e a piedi, non impossibile ma molto impegnativo ( ovviamente era previsto ), in caso anche questa sia la vostra scelta, tenetelo in considerazione, oltre alle distanze ( abbordabili per chi ama camminare ), aggiungete sole e salite abbondanti!!!! Nonostante ciò, bellissima mini vacanza, utilizzando piedi e treno ho visto ed usufruito di splendide spiagge ( in questo periodo poco frequentate ), bellissimo panorama ed acqua cristallina 💓

Tutto perfetto, personale gentilissimo, colazione abbondante, posizione ottima, bellissimo bagno, pulizia eccellente.
La strada per arrivare non è delle migliori ma tutte le stradine a Maratea sono così.

-Nice view (though not from the apartment itself)
-New apartments
-Rich breakfast
-There is a pasture and a shed next to the building so it really stinks half of the time.
-The whole area is needlessly covered in concrete
