Location was good , cool A/c, roomy, espresso machine and coffee provided, bag of ice

It took a long time for someone to meet us on site. The keys they gave us didnt work for the main door from outside. Need to hit the buttons to unlock the doors which we figured out ourselves but not properly labeled on the resident board. Boards in back shower are loose.

Chambre en mezzanine ne permet que peu d’intimité

The location and the apartment itself, especially its design and size, were what I liked the most.

What I didn’t like was that in one of the rooms neither the TV nor the internet was working. Throughout the entire stay I tried to contact the staff to have it fixed, since I found a Wi-Fi repeater but wasn’t able to configure it myself. Unfortunately, I never received any response from the staff despite asking about it every day. We also only used one bathroom because the other one had an unpleasant smell and was not in good condition. Before our arrival the staff had been very attentive, writing to us and ‘worrying’ about our trip from the airport, even giving us useful directions. But after handing over the keys, all communication stopped completely. Overall, the apartment itself was fine, with a fantastic location and spaciousness, but the service was disappointing.
