What a beautiful house. Set on three floors two doubles and a king..
Decorated lovely throughout.
Lounge has plenty of room with a good TV with Netflix and free view.
Bathroom has both shower and separate bath to choose from.
This is an ideal house I would say more suitable for older family members or adults staying for a concert as we were.
The surrounding area is very run down. When we left early evening for our concert there were some men who obviously were acting erraticly on drugs arguing at the end of the street.
This is a shame and needs addressing as off putting to see particularly if you have young children with you.

Location is decent. A five minute walk to the beach or town, a 15 minute walk to the open air arena. Plenty of shops and facilities nearby.
Very little to complain about. Parking is a little tight on the street outside but manageable and other options are available.

The location was good for the Open Air Theatre which was why we were in Scarborough. The house was lovely, comfortable, nicely decorated and furnished. I will book again when we're next staying Scarborough. I highly recommend this property.

Durham House is a home from home. It’s clean, fresh and bright. Excellent value and great location to just leave your car and walk to the town, sea front etc.
Shaun and Ruth are very friendly and informative.
We had a great stay in Scarborough.
