It was great that Pat was there to meet us and check we parked where we needed to. Since we arrived late at night, he made sure that there were a few bits in the fridge so we could have coffee/tea in the morning.
I could definitely see this as a good spot for a couple, or a couple with a child to stay easily. The drive into kilkenny was at most 20 minutes

The unit was extremely clean and tidy. Very friendy and accomadating hosts, we were met with a smile in a friendly and welcoming manner. Everything you could possible ask for in a self catering apartment.
The place is down a quiet road with little to no traffic... very peaceful.
Plenty of parking on site.
There's a lovely decking just off the apartment that is for guests use and its was nice sitting out in the evening.
Highly recommend a stay here.
