Comfortable, clean and safe. Owner is almost always on site, ready to help with anything, which was convenient.

Slow wifi (I don't know if that's typical for this area). Stove was finicky sometimes, worked off and on.. Bad odor comes from the drain in bathroom sometimes, especially when it rains.

The place was amazing, recently renovated, everything new, very clean and really nice looking. The apartment has everything you would need for a longer stay at Tbilisi and one of the most important things is that it was really warm in the cold days during the holidays. The owner and the staff were super nice, really helpful and available for anything. They welcomed us with a Christmas tree, a Champagne and some sweets for the new year. There were a lot of parking spaces in front of the apartment building and it wasn't hard to find the location via google maps.

If you're not there with the car it's a bit far away from the center, the apartment is on the hill, it's like 20 minutes by foot to Avlabari metro station but going uphill it's at least 30 minutes. Luckily anywhere from the center bolt ride will cost you 7-15 lari

The apartment was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Our host Irmi was super hospitable and welcoming! She made our stay so special and we’re very grateful for her openness and care!
