Flat 139 - Old Tbilisi

Very good location right next to Metro and short distance from river. Helpful owner. Big apartment. Beds are large, pretty comfortable (8).

Contrary to what was advertised, there were no toiletteries except for hand soap and a some showergel (small quantity, so we bought some from the store) and no slippers; we would have just prefered to know beforehand. Elevator did not work for at least 2 days but not a problem in itself as you only need to walk up one floor. Should specify that TV channels are all national or Georgian dubbed.

Spacious two bedroom apartment, right adjacent to Avlabari Square. Just walk away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. Private parking space was also available. Check-in/out was also smooth.

We stayed 6 nights at Flat 139, on the evening of fourth when we came back at the apartment there was no water and the very next day there was a power cut for the whole evening and night. It was very inconvenient, especially with kids. I understand even it was maintenance the management must provide some kind of alternative. Moreover, the apartment needs small renovations and detailed cleaning.
