Contemporary, Clean and Cozy! No need to worry about parking, driving or long walks to the beach anymore. This perfectly positioned beach property allows you to be AT the beach for those wonderful long walks ON the Beach! Great beach views from this cozy and well appointed Cape Cod getaway. The beach water here on Nantucket Sound is amongst the most comfortable on the entire Cape. A myriad of dining and recreation options as well as a sense of Cape Cod peaceful breezes and lapping waves makes this a splendid choice for many seasons. Back deck has Cafe style seating, Weber grill and partial ocean views. Hot and Cold water outdoor shower refreshes after beach day. Granite counters, breakfast bar and premium stainless steel appliances including convection oven in case you feel like cooking rather than dining out at any number of fine local restaurants. Queen size bed, full size 4 foot shower, free wireless internet, Blue Ray DVD and cable TV. Fully insulated to keep the Central A/C cool in summer and the gas heat warm in the Spring and Fall. Large sliding glass door shows the morning sun glistening over the Ocean. Summer reservations are Saturday to Saturday only. Guests will bring their own bedlinens and towels. NO PETS. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons (including children of any age).

We have been coming here for 4 years and love it. Everything is great. The condo is clean and is in a perfect location.

Just left my stay at the property. Overall the main benefit is that you are right at the beach, which is great! The unit itself however could use a bit of updating and deep cleaning. I agree with the previous reviews on the state of the mattress. We used the glassware and there was some sort of film that made our drinks taste weird, could do with a dishwasher it seems.
The stay was fine until the last day when the door wouldn’t lock no matter what we tried. Upon contacting the owner, we learned this had been a recurring issue. Wish we had known that before we booked or arrived. We didn’t feel comfortable staying overnight without a lock so we left early.
Disappointing end to the trip.
