This was the perfect location to experience Dennis - multiple beaches and a beach bar/restaurant at the end of the street, and other great spots within a mile or so. The house itself was exactly as advertised - small but comfortable and clean. The spacious yard, back deck and outdoor shower were enjoyable. The only negative was not having air conditioning. I stayed in mid-late July and on nights when it didn’t cool down outside the house was very humid and sticky.
