About this house rental
Updated 3 Bedroom home with updated eat in kitchen. Less than 1 mile drive to Glendon or Haigis beach in Dennis Port. Home offers a nice enclosed screened porch and a large rear deck with wooden walkway to enclosed outside shower. Recently remodeled kitchen including new cabinets, counter, floor, refrigerator and microwave. Hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, new flat screen TV, WiFi and microwave. Bathroom was recently remodeled, along with a new patio put in. A gas grill and picnic table is provided . Central air conditioning, new paint, new floors, and new living room furniture for the 2026 season! Safe to say, new pictures coming soon!

This was a new rental for my family. We have been coming to Dennis for 25 year and have stayed in 3 houses. This property was in a great neighborhood and the property itself was very nice. Beautiful outdoor deck and nice yard.

We have been renting 48 Nipigon Way W for many years. I call it my COTTAGE! Every time we arrive something new has been done. We had a couple of issues this year but they were taken care of right away.
