Direct Swan River Access, Water Sports Enthusiasts Dream Cottage (2438)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the cottage esp sitting on the deck at night watching the sunset. We enjoyed the nature of the marsh. When we had difficulty joining the Wi-Fi, the owner’s relative was at the cottage in less the 30 minutes. He was friendly, personable, fixed the situation and recommended The Oyster Clubhouse Restaurant which was 1 of our best dining experiences on the Cape. The cottage was clean, we definitely appreciated the AC in the bedroom, excellent water pressure in the shower, appliances were all in good repair and worked to our expectations. All in all, a very good 1st time experience. South Village Beach is also a wonderful experience. Only concerns were the amount of extension cords and adapters present, duct tape used to repair tears in upholstery. But otherwise a very nice experience.

We loved it! The house is lovely and quiet for being right off a main road! The decor is a bit dated but we loved that about it. It takes you back to a simpler time without deadlines and chaos. It allows you to get in touch with nature, like the baby bunnies in the yard! Or the Egrets, osprey or other beautiful birds we saw there! The water access is right there and kayaks available (for FREE!) The house has everything you need and we had the pleasure of meeting one of the the owners and he was just lovely and very available to our needs and questions! Plenty of room, no issues with parking. I would recommend this rental for making beautiful memories!! We loved it!

Sliding doors to the deck allow for breezes and feeling of outdoors. The backyard wanders into the Swan River. There was kayaking and fishing off the dock. Grilling ourselves lovely meals with easy clean up. There is a beach is full of shells within walking distance that the ice cream truck visits daily for kids of all ages. We had a small problem with the grill and the owner came right over. He is lovely.

We had an excellent experience at this property. Very clean cottage with beautiful view of Swan River. Would recommend. The fees were excessive, I feel through VRBO, though.
