Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant !
Le château est bien placé , dans la verdure , avec des chevreuils qui viennent brouter le matin devant le château et tout près de la ville de Souvigny chargé d’histoire !
Dommage que même pour se promener autour du château il faut prendre la clef car la porte est toujours fermée !

Herrliches Anwesen, Zimmer sehr gross, geräumiges, neues Bad.
Der Empfang war sehr enttäuschend, wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, hier willkommen zu sein, im Gegenteil.
Wir hatten im Vorfeld per Mail für das Nachtessen im Restaurant reserviert, hat aber nicht geklappt mit der Begründung, sie hätten unser Mail ja nicht bestätigt, also keinen Platz, sie seien voll. Können wir grundsätzlich nachvollziehen, aber die Art und Weise, wie wir behandelt wurden, entspricht absolut nicht dem Standard eines solchen Hauses. Sehr enttäuschend.
Keine neuen Badeslipper, diese werden gewaschen und wiederverwendet.
Keine Badetücher für den Poolbereich - hätten sicherlich verlangt werden können, am Empfang war aber niemand anwesend. Auch bei der Abreise mussten wir rufen und lange warten, bis die "Hausverwalterin" zur Reception kam.

There is a bath tub but there was no shower head. So you can’t take a shower or bath. Just fill all the bath tub and stay in. It was very frustrating with two kids. In the photo it is not visible or there is no note before booking.
