Perfect Location, room was clean, very nice host and cleaning lady!!

The only minor issue was an occasional unpleasant smell coming from plumbing. However i suppose this was due to a city-wide sewage line problem and outside owners’ control.

Perfekt stay in Pula

The location of the apartment is wonderful, so close to everything important. Also the apartment is super clean and the host incredible friendly.

Weirdly, the bathroom had a kind of musty smell which didn't bother us much, though.

Okay but frustrating.

Could never get the TV to work, despite the efforts of the room cleaner one morning, whom I was told could show me how to get it connected (turned on). Honestly, this is what I greatly dislike about all of these room/apartment accommodations--no one on hand to ask a question, even the simplest, and in this case even troubleshoot minor problems.

Amazingly decorated apartment, it gives you great vibes and the location is perfect, you can see August Temple from the window. Its located in the Forum and less than 10 mins from the Colosseo. Self-check in/out was very easy with an option to leave the luggage in the basement for a few hours

Shower door didn’t slide properly but this is something that it should be already fixed if you decided to stay here

The authentic, the exquisite and the exceptional stay in Pula. A place you will remember and enjoy!

This is the most authentic stay in city center of Pula you can find. This place has a touch of soul and i loved it. It is newly renovated and it is unbelievable how many lovely details you can find in the room. From old record player, jazz instruments, cute jazz statues...the apartment is done with so much love and dedication. There are so many small details revoking Pula ancient history which is a really nice touch. Also old stone of the original house dating centuries back is preserved and i was amazed by this. You have everything you need in the apartment for a comfortable stay. Self check-in is a great asset. The best location on Forum square for exploring the town. Also the free or quite affordable parking options are nearby if you arrive by car. Pula is a great location for exploring the rest of Istria. I enjoyed the stay so much and Goran is a great and friendly host who gave me the good tips where to go and eat. It is also amazing when you wake up in the morning and open the window, you are right at the Forums square. It was so convenient for going out at nights.

Staying in Domus Maximus is like museum visit!

We travelled a lot all around the world and this was one of the most unique places to stay. Location is great, its very close to city attractions. Attention to detail in appartment is on another level, everything is so clean we felt like staying in a museum. We will come back again for a longer stay. Regards to the host.

Wonderful little room on historical location

Easy to access with public parking place just few steps away (tho a little busy in this time of the year). The location is great, in the old center of the city, with historical sights on your doorstep. The owner is responsive, helpful and nice. The room was very clean and interesting. We slept good. Also good value for the price. Would recommend.

Really nice room in a great location

The room was beautifully decorated with a lot of details, it seemed new and had everything we needed. The location is great, directly at the Forum, where many restaurants are located and in walking distance to all the sights. The staff was really nice and helpful and check-in was really easy.

Nothing really, but when you think about booking, you should know that parking in Pula can be difficult and you may need to walk a bit from a parking space to the hotel. I would recommend the App „paydo“ where you can buy parking tickets in the app and you can check on a map in which parking zone you are. Also, be aware that you need to be able to climb stairs to reach the rooms. But these are just things you might need to be aware of, I can really recommend the hotel! :)

Simply charming

The thoughtfulness of decoration was exquisite, the room remarkably clean, and the location perfect. The hosts were also very attentive in addressing any questions in prompt and pleasant fashion

The stairs were slightly narrow and steep. It was not an issue for our stay, but it may be an issue for elderly visitors.
