Fantastic location right in the middle of Pula Old Town. We were there during the World Cup and worried noise of Croatia partying late into the night following a win might be a problem but it was lovely and quiet.
It was a heatwave and very hot. The air con cooled the room but is not super powerful. It was particularly hot whilst we were there so is unlikely to be an ongoing problem.

Location is good in forum where things are happening for tourist.
Musty smell of the building and room, we have to open the window for fresh air. The basic toiletries for 2-3 days supplies were not met as recommended. Only one roll of toilet paper for two of us for 3 days.
