The mixture between an old building and a fresh refurbishment

Small house clean and central

The small flat is in the old town very central but there is no shutters and many lights arrive early in the morning. Also the windows are very thin and you can hear all the noises of the street

Very nice apartment with great location - in city center with window view to the sea. I love it. The willing owner of the apartment was very nice and let me know as soon as the apartment was ready, so I could check in earlier. Contactless check in and check out. The equipment of the apartment is great - air conditioning, washing machine, stove. A very suitable apartment for a short or long stay.

Too much noise from outside, because of the old windows, as it is an older building. I believe that the owners will be able to solve this problem soon. Fingers crossed!

Wenn man auf der Durchreise ist vollkommen okay, länger nicht.

Die nahe Lage zur Innenstadt war super. Auch der Ausblick zum Meer war schön. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und auch in der Küche wäre alles vorhanden gewesen, was man braucht. Das selbstständige Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos. Auch der Gastgeber war zuverlässig.

Der Seifenspender war kaputt und das Waschbecken im Bad war verstopft - das Wasser ist also nicht abgelaufen. Abgesehen davon war es nicht besonders sauber, sodass man sich eher weniger wohl gefühlt hat. Der Nachttisch hatte einen Fleck, es war staubig. Beim Betreten des Zimmers roch es enorm nach abgestandenem Rauch, obwohl das Apartment als Nichtraucherzimmer deklariert wurde. Die Fenster waren sehr lärmdurchlässig. Lärm kann man natürlich nicht vermeiden, v.a. da das Apartment an der Hauptstraße liegt. Jedoch wäre ein dichteres Fenster hierbei wünschenswert.

Prima verblijf

Prima kamer op top locatie. Schone ruimte en een heerlijk bed. Verhuurder laagdrempelig bereikbaar en reageert snel.

Wel mega gehorige kamer. Ramen enkel glas en het is gelegen aan een hele drukke straat. Ik miste ook gordijnen, er waren wel schutters aanwezig maar die konden niet volledig dicht dus het was vanaf 5u in de ochtend al licht.
